Arthur A. Silver - Duluth

Silver's Dress Shop was located at 1303 Jefferson Street in Duluth. It was owned by Arthur A. Silver (1902-1982) who was a son of Rose and Phillip Silver. At some point after 1982, Silver’s moved to a big mansion at 1123 E. Superior Street.
